Your requirement
Send the item, size, fabric, GSM or thread count, colour, quantity, target price and destination port. A sample or photo helps.

Mill selection
We shortlist Faisalabad mills that specialise in your product and compare price, capacity and lead time.
- 3
Quotation & samples
You receive one FOB Karachi quotation with the full construction of every item, and samples for approval.
- 4
Written order
Specification sheet, proforma invoice, delivery date and payment terms are agreed in writing.

Production follow-up
Our team follows production at the mill and sends you photos and updates. Video calls from the floor on request.

Inspection
Fabric, in-line and AQL 2.5 final inspection with a photo report. Your own inspector (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) is welcome.

Packing & shipping
Your labels, packing and carton marks. Shipped from Karachi with full export documents.
Quality
What we check
Fabric
Construction, thread count, GSM, width and shade against your approved sample.
Sizes & stitching
Finished sizes, hems, seams, elastic and labels checked during production.
Towel weight
Towels are weighed at inspection against the GSM on your order.
Colour
Shade matching and colour fastness checks in our family’s own textile lab.
Packing & documents
Packed your way, shipped with full paperwork
